2025 Membership Information

Membership Packet1. Fill Out AND SUBMIT the Member Packet Online Google Form (one per contestant).
2. Make payment online using the found in your confirmation e-mail. 3. Print and complete Contestant Release Form and Member Contract using button below. Use the same link to upload the forms. (Link also available in your confirmation e-mail)
Membership fees:
Single Contestant $75.00 Family Membership $125.00 (must live in same household... not cousins in different household) MEMBERSHIP DEADLINE Membership begins when the payment and packet is received and covers the remainder of the season. HOWEVER, in order to be considered a member before a rodeo, the membership packet and funds must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to that rodeo. **initial deadline is 1/11/25/// extended deadline 1/29/25** Deadline for membership before Feb 15 rodeo is 1/29 Deadline for membership before Mar rodeos is 3/12 Deadline for membership before April 19 rodeo is 4/02 *Deadline for membership before May rodeos is 5/7 *You must attend 1/2 plus one rodeo in order to qualify for awards, so if you join at May rodeos, you will need to attend both days in May as well as Aug & Sep rodeos to qualify for awards. You must also meet all other membership requirements as outlined 2025 Contestant Requirement document. NO MEMBERSHIP FOR 2025 will be accepted after 5/7/2025 |
